About Leslie Diane Wade

I have more than 20 years of experience leading organizations through growth and complex change, focusing on the most critical factor in an organization’s success: its Talent. I have served as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, and have been instrumental in shaping vision, strategy, and execution through the lens of effective people practices. 

In leadership roles with Hale House, the Brooklyn Tech Alumni Association, KIPP Public Charter Schools and several private sector companies, I honed my ability to identify talent and to bring the best out of leaders. I believe that my impact lies in my ability to listen deeply and adapt to the distinct needs of each individual I support. 

I launched Leslie Wade Consulting in 2017 and built a portfolio of services that help leaders navigate complex organizational change, in a manner grounded in respect, empathy and kindness.
